Using laser technology, food labeling with logos, codes and serial numbers is possible. This marking replaces the established label of the food industry, which is typically made out of plastic. The laser engraving is applied directly to the food and thus resource-saving and sustainable. The mark is applied only to the outer layer of the food and the codes such as QR Code, Bar Code or DataMatrix Code are readable by a scanner.
